We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through our forms (quote request, contact, after-sales service, trade show registration):
- First and last name
- Organisation name (club, league, committee, federation, company)
- Email address
- Telephone number
- Country or location
- The content of your message and the nature of your request
No special category data within the meaning of Article 9 GDPR is collected. This site carries out no profiling and no automated decision-making.

- LMONE (France) — technical maintenance of the website
Data is hosted in France. No transfer outside the European Union takes place in the course of handling your requests.
Retention periods
- Prospects with no follow-up: 3 years from the last contact
- Customers: duration of the commercial relationship, then 5 years
- Accounting records: 10 years, in accordance with legal obligations
- After-sales requests: warranty period, then 3 years

QUICKNESS implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access and disclosure: HTTPS encryption of communications, administration access controls, regular backups and security updates.
